[ac-i] ITB Choir singing Ananda Sukarlan's virtuosic choir works

ITB Choir will perform two Ananda Sukarlan's virtuosic choir works in it Pre-Competition Concert on June 12th at Usmar Ismal Hall, Jakarta.   "Kita Ciptakan Kemerdekaan" was commissioned for the 50th anniversary of ITB, when ITB also commissioned the great poet Sapardi Djoko Damono to write the text .   "Jokpiniana no.1" (based on poems by Joko Pinurbo) was commissioned to be performed during ITB Choir's European tour for concerts & competitions throughout July 2009.
