Dear AGSI'S Members,
Ada Penawaran dari ART EXPO MALAYSIA yang akan Diadakan pada tgl 28 Oct - 1 Nov.
Berikut adalah penawarannya:
Art Expo Malaysia 2010 will be held on 28 Oct – 1 Nov, at MATRADE Exhibition & Convention Centre (MECC) Kuala Lumpur.
Indonesian artworks are not new to the Malaysian collectors and are well accepted here.
Therefore, I wish to have a pavilion introducing AGSI / JAD, having Indonesia Galleries
to come in group, promoting Indonesian artworks.
Here is my proposal:
If at least 6 Indonesia galleries from AGSI / JAD are coming under this pavilion in Art Expo Malaysia 2010,
we are able to construct special 12sqm booth (Original Price: USD 3000) for each of the gallery.
Each gallery will only need to pay:
- USD 1100 and,
- Artwork valued at USD 1000 (kindly exhibit this painting at the booth during the art fair, marked with
a red dot indicating that the painting is sold, on the Preview Night and Official Opening)
With this, we hope that members of AGSI would help to promote Art Expo Malaysia 2010 to the
Indonesian collectors so that they will visit our art fair.
Tentatively booth in blue color (see attachment) at good location are allocated to members of AGSI.
Please note that this pavilion and floor plan is not final yet, we need your opinion as well.
On the other hand, if all galleries coming are from JAD, we would suggest the galleries to seek
support from Grand Indonesia as well.
Looking forward to hear from you soon.
Thank you very much!
Best Wishes
Sim Pojinn
Project Director
